Welcome to the East Sussex Foster Care Association.
East Sussex Foster Care Association is a local independent charity serving the needs of foster carers, their families and the children who are placed in their care by the local authority.
The main aim of the ESFCA is to facilitate life changing experiences for fostered children and build brighter futures.
Please note that as a Charity we are trying to go paperless so that most info regarding the ESFCA and future events will be sent to you by email. If you are not receiving emails from us please firstly check your Junk/Spam inbox and then contact us to make sure we have your correct details. We will continue to post information to those of you without an email address.
We are delighted to announce ESFCA will be back at the Bluebell Walk on Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th April 2018 serving lunch, snacks, refreshments and much much more! We would love to see you there. Please click on the link to find out more about the beautiful Arlington Bluebell Walk, times, prices and directions. www.bluebellwalk.co.uk
We are thrilled to have Jane Torvill, international ice skater and star of TV’s Dancing on Ice, as our Patron.
‘INSPIRE’ Performing arts project
Over the last year we have run holiday clubs and two after school clubs in performing arts. They have been a huge success.
We hope to be running another one soon so watch this space for more details. We will also notify you by post/email.
'Bin the Black Sacks'
No child should suffer the ignominy of their possessions being transported in bin liners. With the continued support of Tripp luggage we have secured an ample supply of new cases which can be provided when required. There is no cost to you for this service. Please contact us through the Contact page for more details.
We need your help!
This is your opportunity to make a difference
East Sussex Foster Care Association is entirely dependent on fundraising to provide the support and activities we offer for our members.
We urgently need your help to ensure the ESFCA continues to function and you can help in many ways. Check out the SUPPORT US page or contact us direct. We are always looking for new committee members and hold a monthly committee meeting at the Family Centre, Dunbar Drive, Hailsham, on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7.45pm. You are most welcome.
